Have you heard of a morning power hour?  In this episode we are dishing out what we do in our first hour of awakening to help us set our day up for success in all areas of our lives.  We share what we specifically do as well as provide tips on how to start one for yourself.  We incorporate three areas that we feel are super important for a holistic approach:

  • Mind: often times this is some form of quiet time or meditation

  • Body: this incorporates exercise or movement and hydration!

  • Spirit: this could be journaling, visualizing, prayer or devotional
